Though I won't complain keeping him  ;D maybe that's the plan, we have the money to do it this year. We typically play with Reus LM and Gündogan holds the central spot (I think he's staying now after Klopp left and we got a new coach) so hard to see how we can play both Klaasen and Reus.

No surprise in Bayern. They get anyone they want  :(

The same case can be made for just about every professional sport in the word. I used to only think it applied to competitions like European football and U.S. Sports where they are privately owned but it's here too, just not to the same extent. Despite the growth of round ball here I still don't think it will take over any time soon but it should have a fair chance to really settle in as a solid summer code.

As for the state of the Euro competitions, well the domestic leagues have been replaced by champions league as the top flight and old mate who supports Everton will just have to deal with it.

Everton still have a very large supporter base in England and around the world as do Newcastle, Spurs and Aston Villa - not sure it's in the best interests of the game over there to continue to take that many supporters for granted for too long.

the afl take money made at the highest level and filter it down to lower levels.

soccer take money from those playing at lower levels and put it into the highest level.

what happens if the numbers in the lower levels of soccer start to overtake that of the AFL. Can see this being a real possibility, as the years pass and the games becomes an even worse spectacle that we are seeing today.

They have stuffed with the game  and i personally hope the dominance of soccer lately continues.

what this does is make your membership fees significantly cheeper for aussie rules.

i am talking seniors here. not sure about juniors.

really? higher is one thing but is it increasing as the big boys keep screwing around with this game. I would say yes. I dont know one kid who plays afl and know plenty who play the round ball.
