Just wanting to go home isn't a red flag on it's own...the issue with JHF was the way he sooked it up at Norf and played like shyte while Reid's knuckling down, being professional and playing out of his skin.... :shh

I don’t think they’d have any reason to trade him this year. Not like his stocks are gonna go down by the end of his current deal, if anything they’ll go up and teams will still have to trade for him even when he’s out of contract.

Only if he does a JHF which is a red flag in itself

Can anybody explain the coalition's nuclear policy to me?

Nobody?
Well how about their migration policy?

Chelsea were dominant, so I suppose their reasons were similar..

Of course they were

Dirty filthy Russian billions

When those filthy billions got taken away , Chelsea battled

There were no FFP regulations in those days, so technically no cheating.

Not saying cheating
But the reasons for winning were the same

Boatloads of cash

I would keep him for the leadership and cultural reasons given the rebuild we are about to finally submit to.

Bottom line if he wants to go we just need to get maximum value.

Tend to agree. I think he's in a good age bracket to keep. Also a good clubman.

But if he wants to go, so be it.

Agree with Willy provided if he stays we haven’t offered him some ridiculous money to do so. Even if we pay slightly overs contract wise I don’t see it as a big deal. We should have plenty of cap space available and we can just front end it so that as we start going up the ladder and becoming a more attractive option to free agents, trade targets, the bulk of his contract will already be paid.
