Newy at least didn't follow past captains and spill the beans at the B&F lol.
I've posted this plenty of times before, but I was at that B&F that year and around the half way mark of the vote was chatting to one of my mates who was on the Richmond list at the time. I asked him about who was going and he listed off every name of those who were going and mentioned that they had even come to terms with Rodan as he was contracted for the next year I believe.
So for these players to say they had no idea was rubbish.
