I popped down to Sandy at about 11:15am and they were finishing up training so they must have started before the scheduled time of 11am  :P. Anyway I saw Lids, Dusty, Dea, Jack, Cotch, Titch, Batch, Astbury, Houli, McGuane, Newy, Rance, Ivan, Tucky, Griffs, Gus, Nahas, Browne, Derickx, Elton, Helbig, A.Maric, Morris, O'Hanlon, Post, Turner and Wright there today. I was told Grigg didn't train and Conca, Grimes and Arnot are up in Alice Springs. Interesting we still have a few of our young rookies still training so I wonder if they'll play for the Coburg ressies in the finals this weekend?

Tigers' goalkicking training

Richmond players keep training interesting by facing off in a goalkicking showdown.

SOme of them should be in training now
They'll still be keeping their fitness up on their own over the offseason as they'll be tested (skinfolds, tan run, etc.) as soon as they return for the start of preseason training. Dusty learnt that lesson the hard way two years ago.

something tells me that is the only way dusty learns lessons

Nor are your ways my ways,” says the Lord.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are my ways higher than your ways,
And my thoughts than your thoughts."

Some have been into the gym already a few times since the break.

Edwards is the bench mark. Number 1 at the club for skin folds yet still do underrated :banghead
