Good luck with the surfing.  Might need quite a few bongs before you try that intrepid exercise up here.

The next open training session will be held on Friday 4th April at 9.45am.

All home training sessions are held at the ME Bank Centre. Enter via Brunton Avenue, near the Tigerland Superstore.
