There is a good base there, he is filling out in the upper body and trunk, it looks like he has gone nuts on the squats- but his arms are still like strands of spaghetti, I hope it all comes together for him this preseason.

Miles converted them all. Will start working on the others when they return, though Houli might prove to be a bit of a hard sell.

Yes Lennon has bulked up, that means little though.

This man really impressed me with the size he has put on...Choco... :lol

Means little but is a good sign, it isn't easy bulking up and some unlucky people find it near impossible (Dylan Grimes). One of my main concerns for Lennon was he wouldn't be able to put on size and would be confined to being a skinny outsider. Also shows his determination and willingness to put in the hard work

Lennon should be sliming down, he needs to run run run.

3km time trial training report (RFC site)
« Reply #3848 on: November 15, 2014, 09:02:51 PM »
The Tigers did a 3km time trial today around Princes Park ...

VIDEO: http://www.richmondfc.com.au/video/2014-11-15/tigers-time-trial

According to Nathan Gordon, everyone ran good times so Burge was happy with how the boys performed.

Conca, Lloyd and McBean had the most impressive runs.

I'm guessing the unfamiliar faces in the video clip were from our VFL list?
