Yes he did.  He said we should be aiming for our 13th Premiership in 2020 so that is 2 by he end of 2019 and contending for another one in 2020.

So he did.  :o I was up with the 3-0-75 but not the 2020 bit.

Seems Healy is pretty much in his corner with first of 3.  :P

Healy's original comment shows a year is a long time in footy. We were still the next Fitzroy this time last year to most in the media.

We'll have new draftees and possibly at least one trade onto our list so there should be  2-3 newbies at least you'd reckon by round 1, 2012 along with the current core.

B:                Rance   Grimes
HB: Newman             Batchelor
C: Deledio   Cotchin   Houli
HF:            Griffiths
F:             Riewoldt  Vickery
R:             Martin   Foley
Int: Grigg, Conca

Healys comment showed what a idiot he is. By 2018 he will be a geriatric idiot but the way he is tracking that may happen by 2016 :pray
It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”

As much as we all wish it to be, Griffiths is no certainity at the moment either. Sure, lock in your Cotchins/Martins, Riewoldt etc but Griffiths still has to earn his place in the team much the same as Astbury does. In fact Astbury showed more in his time in the side than Griffiths did in those few short stints last year. I actually believe he will but nothing a certainity especially when a young player has a major injury history and is starting a long way back in terms of form and fitness.

As always time will tell but I just think we may have to curb our enthusiasm somewhat and hold off on the definite lock ins for players such as young Ben.

It wasn't meant to be a knock on Reece. I see him in the midfield as well next year (that's why I didn't put Conca on a HFF) but we have some top quality young mids now that you can't fit them in there all at once so you keep one on the bench and then rotate them through the midfield.

They've both had a good season RR but still not convinced based on their size and quality looking ahead towards playing finals (Nahas ahead of Kingy in natural talent btw IMO). It wouldn't surprise me if we traded one while their trade value is high. This time last year they were both heading for the scrap-heap.

Disagree. They're both playing that small forward role really well, locking the ball in, giving us lots of run and more importantly kicking lots of goals. Last year is last year. And as for their small stature, they're no smaller than Betts and Garland, and every bit as effective

Astbury. Oreilly. Nahas. King. Browne.  Helbig. Even Moore vital.

2013 earliest 2015latest depending on how the kids in Dimma's first two drafts come through.
If most kids become regulars from this draft and next whilst filling a few holes in the list then with what we have already then we should be a top 4 side by 2015 perhaps higher if things within a season fall our way.
It's a fine fine line.

Moore seems like a good chance to never play again judging by the whispers.
