Port moving to the 25,000 capacity Adelaide Oval according to Healy on 3aw tonight.

From what I have seen on the cricket, it's an odd shaped ground.

It would encourage old-school direct footy  :thumbsup.

They use to play SANFL games there before Footy Park became the home of the SANFL. My dad when he was younger use to be a SANFL boundary umpire and you can imagine how hard it was running back and forth up the wings for 4 quarters following the play even in those days. You would need 4 boundary umpires nowdays with the increased speed of the game.
