What a load of cr@p Footy Classified is, a lot of pumped up Prima Donnas speculating on nothing, also obvious they all have no respect for Hutchy, and why would they.

No wonder so many players end up with depression.

Sounds like a coach at the RFC.

I find changing it to only search in the last year or two significantly speeds up searching  :thumbsup. But you're right, it takes a long time otherwise.

Lot of data to search through, like dwaino suggested try limiting your search that certainly speeds things up

Footy Classified

Caro had a dig at Basil about the bias commentary. She said it hardly can be a Freo comeback when they kick a goal and they are still 6 goals down.

Garry Lyon asked Lloyd if coaches can go in and out of form like players. Lloyd replied yes and credit to Hardwick for being able to change things up during the season and getting the playing group to respond as well as they have.

Lyon quipped that he wasn't surprised we won as Richmond is the most dangerous side to play against when they aren't expected to win.

Talking Footy

Our forward line stats this year. Low inside 50 numbers but we're the most efficient at scoring once it gets in there:

Inside 50s         16th
Score per In50  1st  (52%)
Accuracy           3rd

On the Couch

RICHMOND was next on the agenda after inflicting the first defeat of the season upon Fremantle at Subiaco.

The trio (Gerard Healy, Jason Dunstall, Jonathan Brown) were full of praise for the Tigers and coach Damien Hardwick, who just a month ago was under severe pressure to keep his job.

“They’ve turned their season around in the space of four weeks,” Healy said.

“They’re having a lot less inside 50s, but they’re not being scored against as much.” Dunstall continued. “It means they’re set beautifully to keep attacking because they’re in position to create their own turnovers.”

Meanwhile, Brown suggested they were now “one of the teams vying for that final top four position”.

No Caro last night so we didn't get much of a mention. They just revisited Lloyd questioning Lids on the Sunday Footy Show about Richmond needing to win a final this year for the season to be classed as a success. Lids refused to get sucked into creating a back page headline for the media and just stuck to his guns about how all sides want to make and win finals.

We won so we only got a brief segment on last night's show:

* They put up a graphic with our excellent interstate record since R1, 2014. Lloyd said that's all well and good but Richmond have to also win in Melbourne. Lyon added it was no surprise Richmond won when no one expected them to and that what Lloyd is saying is Richmond now has to win the games they are expected to win to cement themselves as a genuine contender.

* They next spoke about how Hardwick has been in good coaching form. An example from the weekend was being able to create a mismatch which had Jack Riewoldt on Rampe.

* The 3 talls up forward has made a big difference to earlier in the season. It frees Jack up. When you've won 5 of your last 6, it also says your midfield is firing, so Jack is getting fed a lot of the ball.

A special episode of Footy Classified is on tonight after the cricket. Caro will have a big vindicated smile while Lloyd will still be in tears  ;D.

It'll be mostly about the Essendon verdict but there might be a chance someone will bring up the Dusty story.

Caro did say he was drunk and abusive but no chopstick threats were made
