Another JD Medal

Actually another full season and continued improvement in the defensive side of his game  :thumbsup

Step up closer to the Brownlow and a force that other team will find hard to contain.

"BIG" expectations!

Deledio needs to win us matches like Richardson 'IMO'.

Deledio's stats are increasing by the year, which is good, and needs to be continued.

Like 'WilliamPowell' stated, "improvement in the defensive side of his game" i 100% agree with.

Deledio needs to run, chase and tackle!

Top 3 B&F finish. And my expectation of the club is that they will sign Brett to a 3 year deal as a minimum.

Pretty much what everyone else said.

His 2008 stats were brilliant and a repeat of that or better would be great.

And as Torch said would like to see him win games for us.

Not a bad point actually. That would give Lids the recognition by the general footy public. He's probably now after 2008 seen as one of Richmond's top 3 players. Can he step up again to be classed amongst the League's best. No reason why not as he has the arsenal at his disposal to become one of the elite - dangerous either in the midfield, forward kicking goals, or setting up attacks from half-back. Playing and performing strongly in finals boosts a players profile also. Lids hasn't had that opportunity yet.

As far as expectations this year - a repeat of last year in terms of stats and a top 3 finish in our B&F would be now the expected norm from Lids barring injury. If only we had more like him.
