COTCHIN "EXAGGERATED"

Franklin's counsel Duncan Miller questions Trent Cotchin's actions.

Miller says Franklin's push should have sent Cotchin's head to the right, not backwards, as it went.

"The head movement back was somewhat exaggerated and it had an effect in that a free kick was reversed.

"I'm tempted to say he might be invited to the Logies and not the Brownlow this year."

LOL - Duncan Miller is a stuffen campaigner.  Wouldn't mind testing which direction his head goes when it gets a smack to it?

Nah I wouldn't think so.  Swans are a bunch of self entitled wankers. Happy to give it out but can't take it.

I actually thought that a good bump got him high yep but every thing else was correct. Imo high  contact was more down to the difference in sizes.
Game needs the bump and there was no intent to hit the head as far as im concerned.

Buddy, rightfully, got an apology from the AFL after its legal counsel called his hit on Cotchin as “cowardly” ...

THEN ...
Cotchin, too, deserves one from Buddy’s counsel, for saying, “he might be invited to the Logies and not the Brownlow this year”. Real funny stuff. Ha ha ha. Stitch me up. He’d obviously worked on that one for a while, probably bounced it off his QC mates for assurance. Surely, Wednesday night’s tribunal hearing finally proved to the AFL that it must remove the legal eagles from its judiciary system.
