Pass mark next year?
« on: September 29, 2014, 06:46:38 PM »
After two embarrassing Elimination Final losses, the Club will be talking about backing up to play finals again in 2015 and finally winning a final.

What in your opinion would be a pass mark next year for the team?

Must win a final, not negotiable.

This.

How long is Hardwick contracted for?

No finals = sacked on the spot

No final win = no contract renewal

If he only has one more year this could be the same outcome.

Winning a final is now not good enough. We must make the top 4

Winning a final should have happened in 13/14. If he wants to stay he must make the top 4 and win at least one final. Not interested in winning meaningless elimination finals

i look at the list and nothing has changed to this date. still a middling side, anything above 6th a bonus anything below 12th or even 14th unacceptable.
lots of work to do at richmond.

Top 8 with a final win

IMV we're not good enough to be top 4 - our lack of depth the glaring weakness. To get top 4 everything needs to go our way (eg nil injuries, draw etc) and for others to falter.

Can't see Hawthorn, Sydney, Port & Freo faltering enough TBBH
