Howat's knee injury?
« on: April 25, 2008, 05:33:29 PM »
For those that went today or anyone else do they know the extent of Cam's knee injury?

On the radio they said his knee was iced and heavily padded to the outside of the knee. One commentator thought he may have done a PCL or medial ligament but the other said he was walking on it without crutches so it may be not so bad.

Not sure exactly what happened but he had no power in his knee, will have to wait for the scans.

Did it very early in the game - no major incident must have been some knock or twist in an early exchange  - came off and ran the boundary but you could see in his face that something was not quite right.  Dont think it is overly serious but you can never tell. I'd say a few weeks with a strain of sorts.
