Back by popular demand (unfortunately I couldn’t  kick off the old thread again so mods feel free to merge  if you cbf).

What are our options?

Teaguey will be available soon?

Or what about Jono Brown?

The very fact that you actually started this post is very embarassing for you!

Hardwick is a 3 time premiership coach. You dont sack 3 time premiership coaches. You just get realistic about the playing list and continue the rebuild, which fir me started at ladt novembers draft.

Hardwick was a three times premiership coach because of the right assistant coaches.

We have lost all the ones that matter and left Hardwick exposed.

Ahhhhh back to the old give all of the assistants the praise and Hardwick none. The assistants chopped and changed through the dynasty years. Rutten left after 2018, we won 2 flags after. The great Blake caracella left after 2019 and we still won a flag after much to many’s opinion that he was the brains behind everything.

We won 3 flags in 4 years and some on here think that would go on forever? The lions peaked and then dropped away. The hawks peaked and then dropped away. It’s the nature of the game. Key players get older and the drop in quality comes.

Be grateful that we actually capitalised on our success and won 3 flags. There’s been many top sides who were pegged to dominate for years that didn’t.

His time is up. Had his time in the sun and now more interested in shagging the help than winning anymore Premierships

I suspect at some point this year, whether it's mid-season or September, Hardwick will come to the hard realisation that he's starting again (if he hasn't already) and then he will need to ask himself if he's up for the rebuild or wants to move on.

I think there was a proud part of him and the club that wanted to see if 2021 was just ruined by injuries and we had another flag in the list. There was a recent article suggesting our 2021 injuries masked the decline of the team and I do wonder if that's true.

Will Hardwick stay and rebuild the list? I actually don't think so. He will probably give it away after 2023 or so and we should all be grateful that we had him.

There could be a few teams after new coaches, GWS, Port, WCE and Norf could sack their current coach. Would any make Dimma a godfather offer?

Great post always say that to my mates we took our dynasty with both hands 3flags in 4 years and back to back can't ask for more sooner or later ride comes to end it's about how we rejuvenate now and not wait another 30 years.

If Dimma leaves (we wont sack him) our supporters would want Clarkson but Id go to Caracella and give him a shot at it.
