I watched the second half of the vfl only so from what I saw I wouldn't promote Short. Elton was hopeless and dropped marks.
From the little I seen of Bolton he looks a class above. Didn't see much of Markov. Lennon looked disinterested to me. Soldo was better than Maric. Drummond looks good. Menadue, Lambert and Townsend all looked vfl as did Batchelor.

But the one player that stood out more than any other with his obvious class way and above anyone else on the ground.......C. Ellis.

I'd change Hunt for C. Ellis.

The club that keeps giving.

Kept a first gamer quiet. :clapping

Yes a former pick 4 but if you drill down deeper you would recognize he beat his direct opponent. This :gobdrop is why Hunt is playing as he does his job and the more Tigers who beat their direct opponents on the night the better chance we have of winning the game

Just because you win doesn't necessarily mean everything is "rosey"Jack.
If we are to get better we need to replace some of your favourites in Houli, Grigg and Hunt. It nothing personal against those guys but they are simply not going to take us any further than what they already have imo.
They are the sort of players that will get you to about 8th or 9th if we are lucky.
Grigg did play ok the other night but it's not his good games we are all worrried about, it's his normal games when he doesn't really have a crack and when his kicking is below AFL standard. And he is the best out of that lot.
Surely you can see the advantages when we play kids like Rioli, George and Butler?
The game has changed Jack and we need quick, attacking players to be able to compete. Those 3 are plodders and the quicker we move on from them the better.
Id like to know why you like them so much?
Would you be that unhappy to see
Markov replace Houli
Short replace Hunt
C Ellis replace Grigg
All 3 of those guys we should be getting games into rather than playing your 3. It's about looking to the future to be able to improve.

Yes
I agree with Markov
But his form at present isn't flash
C Ellis the same
Short is still a question mark for me

No shyte - Halfstep never makes changes after wins unless it's a kid making way for an established player returning from injury.

Won't be any changes unless there is a injury during the week
