Richmond Team of the last 25 years

B    Patrick Bowden            Luke Weller          Craig Biddiscombe

HB  Simon Feltcher           Mark Graham        Jordy

C    Tim Fleming        Steven Sziller     Rory Hilton

HF  Paul Hudson      Shane Morrison      Adam Houlihan

F Aaron James           Kent Kingsley        Justin Blumfield

Foll  Trent Knobel          Tom Hislop         Billy Nicholls

Int  Ben Marsh    Ben Harrison   Clay Sampson  John Rombotis

The above side are the best trades we completed over the 12 odd years under Geish, Spud and Terrys Choc Orange.
What is pleasing is that each player had no impact to AFL football and proved their preceeding clubs decision to de-list them to Richmond via the "something is better than nothing" trading policy. Those fortunate enough to be selected in the December draft are proof that our recruitment dept during this time chose the " kick and hope" recruiting policy not unlike many they picked up in these drafts used through their playing career.

Shane Morrison gets my Captain role for no other reason than being dubbed the "Poor mans Jono Brown" when he arrived. Indeed.

It's that simple Spud
"I discussed (it) with my three daughters, my wife and my 82-year-old mum, because it has really affected me … If those comments … were made about one of my daughters, it would make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. I would not have liked it at all.”

Clinton King could play

Was paper thin Jack.

Can remember that prelim in 2001 how easily he was pushed aside by the Fab 4.

If I was Clinton King I'd be happy for the career I had given my frame.

Paper thin like Cory Bell and Scott Bamford.

Averaged 18 possessions a game in 2001
Not bad for a paper thin player who won his own ball

Not good either compared to the Fab 4 who won the flag and add a bloke of similar height in Shaun Hart who won the Norm Smith.

Blokes like King are reasons why we go nowhere b/c people hang their hats on these blokes and believe they are better than what their game actually is and what statistics indicate.

18 stats of quality accuracy penetration that are game defining are better than 18 ordinary stats.

Still a dud Jack. :thumbsup

Clinton king. Ha ha ha. What a laugh.
When it was windy he blew over. Seriously he may have got the ball but there's no way any team could be a premiership threat with a guy like him in the team. No wonder we have been the laughing stock of the afl. Hilarious

Hilton shouldn't be there, Y&B. :( He would have been a gun if he could get fit. Not his fault he got injured all the time. Actually normally it was. He was the hardest SOB I have seen.

who cares about the last 25 years & who was better than who.
As a team we have been poo so no1 cares.  weak forwards lines = weak percentages = no success = its a team & all them teams were poo over all them years.
