Treloar's comment was cut short by some poor editing!  He meant to say that Collingwood have a better list of suppliers!   Boom tish!   ;D

Just a question about the coverage during round 1.  Now that the interchange is capped at 90, how many times have ch7 shown us an interchange count?  I saw one during Port v Saints & it was in the last few minutes.  Port had 2 interchanges left & Saints had 1 ... game over with 5 mins left!  Since there is a brand new sparkling rule in the game is there any harm in the viewers actually knowing the interchange count?

Watching the replay of our game, I noticed Ch7 mentioned it a 3 qtr time but no they didn't show many graphics about it during the game

On that note, I think the interchange rule brought a lot more balance to the game. All games this round, with perhaps the exception of GC v Ess, were fairly entertaining with a few crackers for the neutral. Think football is going to become "more watchable" this year!  :thumbsup

Agree!  There was something enjoyable about watching Whoreforn run out of legs as Geelong ran all over them in the last!  Good For Footy!   :snidegrin
But as a neutral viewer I wanted to know about the interchange numbers to enjoy watching them slow to a crawl even more, but the coverage let that stat slide ... the one stat that was actually affecting the game never cracked it for a mention!  The interchange numbers tell us something about how the coach is approaching the game - did Clarko go too hard too early?  etc ...

Melbourne still haven't won two premiership matches in a row in the same season since 2011.....clearly gone past us..... :shh
