Am I mistaken but was their a K-Mart logo on our match ball last night? Can anyone confirm

You're right Ramps. Don't know what $$$ is in it for us. The Record also said Crazy John's is a new sponsor of ours too.

Depends on the sponsor RT but I would think at a minimum $150k+ a season

What I'd like to know is: Are the AFL still taking a cut from Clubs re: ball sponsorship. IIRC the AFL used to take a $30-50K cut a year per club

I forgot to mention this the other day but at the Player & Coaching Link Dinner on Tuesday, Steven Wright confirmed that K-Mart are our ball sponsor for 2006. This is a new deal that's been signed in the last few weeks :clapping :clapping

He said that the club had signed 5 new sponsors in the last 5 weeks :thumbsup

Well I imagine that Steve probably feels that he has his work cut out trying to claw back the financial losses of the past. Hes doing an outstanding job.
