I don't normal bag the coach but the last 3 games have indicated that he really has little to offer at the moment. Looks like he is trying to get our team to play slow football and the fast sides are just cutting us up.

Not sure he has the right players in this team either....and if he does he is not playing them where they belong.

I just cant believe we have gone so far backward in a year!!!

unfortunately he has been worked out by every other coach in the league. I wanted Hardwick at Richmond and he has done a good job to get us competitive and for me he is a top bloke - but I dont see us winning a flag anytime soon. Mind you the players we have recruited under the moneyball scenario are not doing anything for us at this time and rejects like Thomas are only goers and thats it. You cant win games without stars and we have a philosophy of recruiting hardworkers.

Sadly I dont think we will make the eight this year and the RFC boards decision to extend Hardwick will be seen as a bad decision.

 Yep, watching the first 3 weeks it's pretty obvious sides have worked us out, we're continually getting done on the break or 'slingshot'. Seems like other teams know our players running patterns.
