It doesnt matter who the coach is the list is no good and has been filled up with list cloggers from other clubs who are all on huge money. If we sack Hardwick then the new coach will be hamstrung with these players and contracts, the club is in a no win situation but unfortunately its their fault they are the ones who recruited these players from other clubs on the big money. They have no one to blame but themselves. Sadly we are the idiots who pay for these people to recruit and run the club they have been. They are doing nothing more than taking the pee out of us.

I think your are going a bit over the top

Deledio. Cotchin. Martin. Lennon. Conca. Maric. RanceAlex.  Vlastuin

There is some talent of the list

8 players of real Richmond quality. If thats all we got we are in trouble.

Interesting TM. Can you explain why you think Gary would be a good at AFL level?

Gary Ayres has coached AFL before & he is excellent in bringing out the best in young players.
Is very good at shutting down sides & even better at getting game plans through to his players.
& after falling just short of several premierships in the AFL is very hungry to achieve his ambition to win a AFL premiership as a coach. Players feed off coaches like that & this alone is a key factor to success
