This club is more than happy to spruik when it gives a game to a 'find' from late in the draft or from the rookie draft.
Yet it is silent on the matter of when a first round pick isn't working out such as Lennon, Vickery or Conca and I am starting to get a bit sick of this double standard.
I feel like I am owed an explanation on what is going on with Lennon. A cycle has developed where he gets injured, unlike others he has to earn his way back into the side, then when he does, he only gets one game. Why?

considering the tigers did everything to keep the boy at the club it makes yah wonder what is going on yep he looked slow last week but the ones as we all no massive step up from vfl standards I would have kept him in for the end of the year,,,

Gotta say, the first two times i just used measured common sense, thinking he has been injured and deprived of development  and senior game time.

He didnt look any worse the third or fourth time.
