We have made some genuine progress in the last few years with Blair Hartley improving our depth and filling holes in our side. Having a monster backman to fee up Rance and Grimes is another positive move. Knights giving us another X-factor and adding another genuine cog to our midfield and forwardline just continues to strengthen our list.
I'm very excited about the way we are systematically improving our squad through informed, tactical and measured strategies. We have not thrown all our cards in to gain a quick fix star but instead are playing it safe and ensuring we cut no corners. If one player fails over we have the depth to cover them by the numbers.
