Interesting. Extend is good though. Maybe Carr wanted him to string it out and milk it more?

Another embarrassing desperate media beat up  ::).

Must have been a massive 15 minutes in the life of Shai Bolton.

Jon Ralph on Fox Footy post-game said Bolton's new deal will be done over the summer as he still has another year to go on his existing contract. Bolts' new manager Anthony Van Der Wielen said there should be no issue getting it done provided Bolton is paid fairly. Bolton is really settled and expecting his first child with his partner in August. So good news all round there.

He has to get the discipline issues out of his game

Another stupid 50 this week that cost another goal

Same story, doesn't give the ball back again.

Lucky we won, Shai! You were a cutesy selfish hog tonight. Rather than sticking to the basics,  keeping focus and giving the ball off first option to better placed teammates, you stupidly by default tried every silly trick move or shot  :scream.

Oh boy if we had lost after he missed an open goal from 5m out when he could have just run to the line, Dimma would have rightfully blew his top.

Should blow his top regardless .. what a disgracefully arrogant performance

9 games out of 10 he normally get all these goals and we laud him for his skill and we don’t care a less about how selfish he is.
He’s X factor he’s paid to bring it but obviously had an off night I guess we all have those on occasion.

I don’t think we should be discouraging him from bringing that X factor as much as he wants especially if he’s playing forward.

It’s not so much about the selfishness because your right we can’t laud him when he pulls it off majority of the time and lay into him when he stuffs up. I don’t know what the right word, carelessness, arrogance maybe playing like a movie star, but you just can’t be missing open goals from 5-10m with the game in the balance. Like I said he could have just run to the goal line and kicked a 1cm goal.

Not doing the basics. Arrogant footy. Simple as that.

Arrogant indeed.

Even on a bad night he should have nailed 1-2 and sealed the game
