Yep the court order is still in place and Ch9 shouldn't of named her. Though they are claiming they haven't breached the order.

My legal "mail" is the order is still valid and she shouldn't be named and so on here that's how it stands - we don't use her name "St Kilda School girl" or "the girl" it is

And she claimed Ricky Nixon had sent her emails in which he wrote she could have "amazing sex".

She says she lied about her pregnancy Gilbert, a claim that began the saga back in May, apologising to him during an interview with current affairs program 60 Minutes.

Asked why she lied, the girl said it was for attention.

FNM it dont matter how dumb or naive this girl or any girl is. Facts are he slept with a girl who was underage.

There are a lot of girls out there underage who are dumb and stupid but it doesn't give anyone the right to bend them over.

Nixon is 100% in the wrong here and i hope the lying dog burns.

On 60 Minutes, the 17-year-old from Frankston admitted she lied about the pregnancy that sparked the AFL scandal.

On Sunday Night, Minogue broke down in tears after Meldrum asked her about her visit to the Royal Children’s Hospital cancer ward in 2005 while she was undergoing treatment for breast cancer.


I think 60 minutes might of also got a few views due to charlie sheen interview on there also.

Agreed.

Notice the media reports that he's gone to ground?

He reminds me of one of those magik turds that when you stand up to wipe your o-ring, it's already slipped under the S-bend.
