Think we all expected it but geez the wheels have well and truely fell off.

Would have loved to have him for a few more years to oversea this transition period.

a lot of very important decisions to be made

Thanks Brandon for what you have accomplished and achieved during your tenure - it will never be forgotten.

Change is needed. Someone who'll hold the AFL to account publicly please.

I think suggesting the wheels " have well and truly" fallen off is a bit harsh

We go backwards off field in things like sponsorship, finances to name a couple, then I'd likely agree.

But can we at least let the new person get behind the desk before we declare the state of the wheels

C’mon mate, you honestly don’t think Benny hasn’t set up succession for the next guy to win? He’s legacy continues into the next generation of leadership. That’s true leadership. I am personally thinking it’s time for change and have posted as much.
We need fresh eyes - on and off field. While sad he is leaving I think it’s a brave new world at Tigerland and we are well placed to attract the talent to backfill Benny in the best way possible
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.
