not a snow balls chance we will beat the Eagles. Pretty sure that was a typo.

Nope

No type, just know this so well...when the heat's off; we are world beaters  :snidegrin

I'd doubt playing the game at the 'G would've made any difference to the result given how we played, however, the Crows have played more times at Etihad than we have since 2013. So much for a 'home' game.

Vlastuin had a stinker on Saturday.

Cotchin was wonderful, I was happy with Rioli. I may be wrong about Lloyd but he looked up to the standard and then some, could be a a great find.

Jayden Short needs to be dropped, if anything because senior players don't like giving it to him, even when he's the best option.

Agree with WP, we're every chance to beat W.C. We've played v well over there of recent, if that's anything to go by.

Unfortunately we lack on field leaders telling players where to stand. We have a lot of newbies that wouldn't know team structures that well yet.
So if you take two guys out who don't add anything and then replace them with 2 on field leaders, you get a disproportionate improvement in the whole team performance.
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

I'm expecting a huge loss next week, over 10 goals probably as close as we get. Naitanui will slaughter Hamspud all over the ground, Priddis will have a field day as we cant seem stop any opposition midfielder getting the ball let alone their best,  McGovern will get the ball kicked to him on most of our forward entries, and the Eagles forwards will think it's Christmas come early. This will be last years round 6 loss to Norf but with a worse result.
The club that keeps giving.

Surely they drag or at least ream the players not giving it off if that's the case? Kid kicked three in his first game and has shown he at least has reliable hands if you put it to his advantage but the other idiots don't want to give it to him (probably to suit their selfish desires or help out their mates) so somehow Short should be dropped?

From Robbo's dislikes column:

FLUFFING AROUND WITH THE PILL

RICHMOND had 420 disposals for 25 scoring shots while Adelaide had 368 disposals for 30 scoring shots. The Crows move the ball, quickly, kick long and have a forward line full of weapons. The Tigers had 52 inside 50s and the Crows 57, yet the margin was a convincing 36 points. The Tigers like to keep the pill, but turnovers killed them this week. It seems the Tigers find a different way not to perform every week.

TOO EARLY TO SAY ‘CRISIS’?

AFTER three rounds, it’s foolish to suggest Richmond and Collingwood are out of finals contention. But we might announce that after next weekend. The Tigers play West Coast away and the Pies take on Melbourne at the ’G. If both teams are 1-3, then finals are wishful thinking. Their problems are multiple. Skills poor, lack of team defence, lack of pressure and not a lot of razzamatazz in the forward lines. It means one thing: They aren’t good football teams.

we have had a huge problem with our forward line now for maybe 3-4 years .it just doesn't score enough.WE had to fix it and we haven't..Surely the blame here is with coaching and recruiting........I must admit I have  a laugh when our club is now linked with any player as we probably really have no chance of securing anyone of note..I would imagine that an understanding   between said player and new club has been reached ,long before we enter the fray.

Troy Chaplin, Richmond, has been charged with engaging in rough conduct against Wayne Milera, Adelaide Crows, during the third quarter of the Round Three match between Richmond and the Adelaide Crows, played at Etihad Stadium on Saturday April 9, 2016.

In summary, he can accept a $1000 sanction with an early plea.

Based on the available video evidence and a medical report from the Adelaide Crows Football Club, the incident was assessed as intentional conduct with low impact to the body. The incident was classified as a $1500 sanction. The player has no applicable record which impacts the penalty. An early plea enables the player to accept a $1000 sanction.
