Houli, Titch, Jack and Grigg were all drafted in 2006, shaping up as a good year for the Tigers  :thumbsup
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Hi All,

Over the last few months we have had a significant number of complaints about the number of posts regarding the continual use of crude and smutty comments that people have found offensive.

What is of most significance to us is the fact that the complaints are coming from long term posters who are not prudes and have over the life of this site enjoyed a bit of banter.

Last Friday night the crudity and smut hit another low with not just the comments posted but the posting of a pic that could only be described as offensive and degrading to our female posters.

Forum members should not have to be subjected to this type of posting. They also should not have to wade through pages & pages of childish rubbish to find footy talk

Apart from offending fellow posters it actually shows a complete lack of respect to OER and what the OER community is all about.

Despite numerous requests, warnings and the suspensions being handed out during the last 12 months the over the top crude posting continues.

As a result we have decided that commencing immediately (and this applies to ALL POSTERS) continual posts of this nature will result in an automatic 72 hour suspension.

A second offense will result in 1 months suspension.

A third  ... well in baseball strike 3 means you're out and that will apply here

Some will complain that these penalties are too extreme/harsh and not fair but seeing our requests continue to be ignored we feel we have been left with very little alternative but take a hard line in the hope that people will get the message.

OER is for everyone to enjoy

Regards
WP, MT & Mr OE

Grigg would be up close to top 3 in the B&F right now. He can still fluff his kicks occasionally but he's got the footy on a string this year (avg. 27 possies) and is pushing forward to either kick or assist in goals. Another 4 goal involvements yesterday (should have been 6 had he not missed from 15m out :P in the 2nd qtr and not try and skim it through low in the first qtr).

For several weeks his good and bad differential converged towards the good side of the scale. Yesterday there were signs of a divergence. He must continually work to avoid that.
