I would be gutted/terrified if Jack left.

Disappointed/terrified if Rance left.

Disappointed if Martin left.

Relatively indifferent if Cotchin/Lids left.


And really you can't blame any of them. They perform most weeks and the admin team hasn't built a solid list around them.
