Who will be captain for us on Friday night with our leadership group missing? Tucky is the oldest and most experienced so I'd guess it could be him.

I think Morton deserves it. Has shown great leadership in the past 12 months and, from all reports, on and off the track this pre season.

I reckon Mitch deserves it - shown great leadership in the last 6-8 months in particular
Would not be surprised at all if he is promoted to the leadership group in 2011

Jake King will captain Richmond in Friday’s match against the Indigenous All Stars in Alice Springs.
The decision was made by the Club’s leadership group, and announced to the players just before today’s training session at Punt Road.
King, 26, made his AFL debut with the Tigers in 2007 and has played 56 games.
He enjoyed his best season of league football in 2010, finishing ninth in the Club’s Best and Fairest award, and gaining prominence in a defensive-forward role.
Regular Richmond skipper Chris Newman will miss Friday’s clash, along with a host of more experienced players, including Brett Deledio, Jack Riewoldt, Trent Cotchin, Shane Edwards, Luke McGuane, Daniel Jackson, Nathan Foley and Kelvin Moore, meaning the Tigers will take on the All Stars with an extremely young, but enthusiastic squad.
Richmond will wear black armbands in Friday’s match as a mark of respect for dual Jack Dyer Medallist and 1982 Norm Smith Medallist, Maurice Rioli, who died on Christmas Day.

IN A move that will surprise many, much-maligned Jake King will captain Richmond in matches against Carlton and Collingwood on Saturday night.
Voted in by the leadership group and coaches, the 56-game midfielder will lead in the absence of Chris Newman, who will have a delayed pre-season start.
King was at the crossroads at the end of 2009, after the arrival of coach Damien Hardwick and a late-season suspension for striking Collingwood's Alan Didak.
King, 26, paid tribute to Hardwick, who he credits with helping turn his career around.
"He's played a massive part," King said.
"Playing the same sort of style to myself has actually helped him understand me and also helped me to be able to understand where he's coming from and know what's right and wrong.
"I know you're meant to learn that as a young kid, but both of us, I suppose, are set in our ways.
"He's been really good. He's helped tweak a few things and he's been really positive."
King said the reaction from his teammates since the announcement had given him extra confidence in his own game.
"The boys have been really good. They've been behind me 100 per cent," he said.
"I think that's the biggest part - knowing that the boys trust you.
"It makes you grow an extra leg and really boosts your confidence."
With the Tigers to play games one and two on Saturday night, the club's coaching staff will have to make do with a makeshift coaches box in a corporate hospitality area behind one of the goals at Etihad Stadium.

Perfect choice.
Last year if there was any kind of scuffle, Kingy was the first in to stand up for his teammate, then the last to get up. :lol

Huh? Why? There are still only two sides playing at once and there are two coaching boxes...
The mind boggles
And well done KINGY! :thumbsup
