Dear MT,

As a member of the Richmond Football Club, your stuff and ideas are critical to the constant improvement of your overall member experience. In order to provide us some stuff on your membership in 2010, can you please look at the statements listed below, and indicate how well you feel the Club has performed on these aspects. Some of the questions may seem a little repetitive, but please answer them carefully as they all have a specific purpose. If you do not know, or the question is not applicable to you, you should click 'Don't Know'.

Your views are important to the Club, and will help us serve you better in the future. All members who complete the questionnaire will go into a draw to win a double pass to a RFC Presidents Function in 2011. The winner will be notified by email.

Yeah got it yesterday

Very strange to be doing another one now when memberships are supposed to be coming out October

The release of the 2011 membership package will probably be delayed again as the Club needs to first find and announce two new major sponsors.

yep submited mine yesterday
 again they are question more for Melb based members rather than interstaters
 with more and more interstate "home" games being fixtured, you would think some changes to the survey questions would be made to reflect this

as a club we can still improve
