Richmond Operations Manager Craig Cameron reflects on the career of Ben Cousins after the controversial AFL star retired on Tuesday.

- There was confusion initially as to whether the club would go with Cousins.
- Cousins may have a mentoring role at Coburg but it will be up to him.
- There's no regrets the club took Cousins rather than Liam Jurrah because 'they wouldn't have got him anyway'.
- Brian Cousins had a trotter running recently which ran last.
- The Tigers don't fear poaching from the Gold Coast Suns with most of the key players locked up.
