On AFL Insider an inside view into our new Weights and Training centre. Alistair Lynch interviewed Hornsby.

Looks real good and Lynch suggested we now had one of the best Weights centre in the league.

Hornsy said with our old facilities players" didnt spend a lot of time in here because it was too cramped"

I dont know maybe its me but shouldnt have weights session be enforced on these players

Hopefully now we can finally not field a team of sticks
