Just wondering who from OER is going to the Cocktail Function at Crown on Tuesday 28th June?

I got my wristband last week.

It was a good night  - wasn't too long for a work night as it finished up at 9PM

A easy going atmosphere with general speeches from Dimma, Gary March etc -(Natham) Browney did some MC work!

Finger food was good, drinks were easy to obtain.

Plenty in access to the players via the autograph tables ( I hope they put up barriers and keep the line moving next year so everyone gets a go. Thanks to boys for the patience all the boys showed.

Its was funny to watch how much Kingy love the attention - the more they hang it on him the more he likes it , just full of energy( sort of reminds me of the eveready battery :lol)

Overall it was a good night which I would recommend !

PS: Jack hasn't got an injury ( I asked him) so hopefully a big one this week :pray

Pretty much summed up Camboon.

Spoke to a few of the boys some at length.

Cotch wants to win badly on Saturday and put one over his mate Kruezer as he has never been on the winning side against him at AFL level.

Reece Conca is a great young man. Full of life he is a bit tired but wants to make amends this week.

Jeromey Weeberley is one out there kid.

Alex Rance is a young man on the go very funny and very spontaneous.

Luke McGuane seems like a very nice young man also.

Matty White was telling me he may play for Coburg next week and if all goes well he will be up for selection to play Gold Coast.

Jake Batchelor is another young kid with a good head on his shoulders.

My laugh of the night was Dimma remembered me as we were students together at La Trobe Uni when he was playing at Essendon.

Got most players autographs for my daughter and next year I will bring merchandise from home to get signed.

Caught up with a few close mates and some I haven't seen in a while. All in all a good night. Will do again next year as this was my first time attending one of these functions.

There was also plenty of eye candy there last night too. :thumbsup
