Saw this very small piece in today's HUN (24th Aug 2011)

TIGERS BOOST

Richmond will boost its football department with the likely addtion of two development coaches next season

It is understood the Tigers are in talks with candidates about helping fast-track their young players.

The appointments would double their number of development coaches from two (Tim Clarke & David Newett) to four.

Great news - only another 8-9 to go before we're on level pegging with the pies, hawks and eagles development coach numbers  ;D

seriously though - this is what the club needs more than anything - a good strong development team

The more the merrier.

Didn't Brad Miller join us and Coburg because he wanted to get into coaching?

Or even worse, Abbot sycophants, (which may be who they are trying to speak to and you have to communicate to down to the lowest level right?).
