AFL Stars visit South CaulfieldSouth Caulfield Cricket Club is hosting its annual Family Cricket Day at Princes Park, Beech St South Caulfield on Sunday 22nd January. The day is focused on encouraging local children and families to get involved organized sports and a healthy lifestyle. The highlight of the day will be a Celebrity T20 cricket game involving AFL stars including Matthew Richardson, Nathan Brown, Stephen Milne and Adam Schneider as well as radio and TV celebrities Mark Fine and Russell Gilbert.
The activities begin at midday, kicking off with a junior cricket clinic for boys and girls aged from 6 upwards. After the T20 game the celebrities will run a football clinic and be available for photos and signatures. Raffles will be held throughout the day, with prizes including Blackbyrd merchandise and an opportunity to play in the celebrity T20 game. Entry is via gold coin donation per family. BBQ and drinks will be available from the canteen.
