Brown injuries face again

JONATHAN Brown's career is hanging in the balance after he suffered another major head injury at training this morning.

The Lions skipper has suffered more damage to his eye socket and cheek bone and is likely to require another facial reconstruction, possibly tonight..

Brown was rushed to hospital for scans on his face after crashing into a pack at training this morning.

For being such a big strong player you hate seeing him suffer these harsh injuries that require repeated surgery.

Have to feel for the big fella. Probably my favourite opposition player. I hope this doesn't jeopardise the J-Dog's career coming off two similar and 30.

Needs to realise players have got bigger and faster in the modern era and are expected to go as hard as he does

Probably time to end it

It was probably time after the last time he smashed his face in, if not then then after the Tross pulled his pants down

This pretty much sums up my sentiments.

Brown will apparently be back into training by Monday. Similar to Joel Bowden who from memory played the following week or week after after breaking his cheekbone. They stick a metal plate in your face and out you go again.
