Lids when talking about becoming a Tiger for Life after signing his new 5-year deal says in this video interview that why he wanted to stay at Richmond was because the Club is professional, well-drilled & we know what is expected of us from Dimma.

He clearly loves Dimma as a coach and playing alongside "boofheads" Cotch, Dusty, Jack, Vickery and the "old fella" Newy.
