Post is 24 next year, MT. Stop treating him like a kid

He's 22 all this season. Turns 23 in December this year

Well stuff me, that changes everything

He's still a young player. He turned 19 when we drafted him. The club should be giving him plenty of games. They should have done it months ago. Instead of leaving it to the later stages of every season

He got drafted as an overage player. Think that says something. Agree he should have played more in his time at Richmond but it's time to produce now. He's in the side and needs to perform to stay there (and on the list)

I reckon if he's left in for the last 5 weeks he'll keep his spot. I like what he can do in defence and he has plenty of improvement to come. Would have preferred Griffiths to play forward and Post back instead of bringing Miller in a few weeks ago
