GREATER Western Sydney appears to be clearing the decks to make room for Kurt Tippett after veteran ruckman Dean Brogan was delisted on Tuesday.

Having announced his decision to retire at the end of 2012, Brogan surprised many by changing his mind and penning a new playing contract just last month.

The club then decided to cut Brogan, who is also an assistant coach at the Giants, with the proviso that it could still redraft him.

Young Crow Nick Joyce is the unlucky player who has lost his place on Adelaide's list as a result of the Kurt Tippett saga.

Fremantle cut Jesse Crichton, Nick Lower and Dylan Roberton.

North Melbourne removed Cameron Richardson from its senior list with a year to run on his contract, but has committed to re-selecting the young half-back in the rookie draft.

The third and final list lodgement is due on November 29, ahead of the pre-season draft in December.
