This is The Age's AA line-up:

B: Clement (Coll), Fletcher (Ess), Gaspar (Rich)
HB: Hodge (Haw), Croad (Haw), Gilbee (WB)
C: Dal Santo (StK), Cousins (WC), Giansiracusa (WB)
HF: Grant (Kang), Pavlich (Frem), Ablett (Geel)
F: Williams (Haw), Richardson (Rich), Brown (Rich)
Foll: Everitt (Haw), Judd (WC), Fletcher (WC)
Inter: Cox (WC), Ball (StK), Archer (Kang), Ling (Geel)

Coach: Worsfold (WC)

--------------

Agree with most of that given all the injuries excluding the obvious stars but the Dees and Cats would be ripped off if that ended up being the actual AA side. Bruce or Yze would be a show from Melbourne.

Got the Tiges pretty much spot on. Richo, Browny and Gas deserve to be there up to round 8 although Gas should be at full back instead of Fletcher IMO. Wallace a chance for AA coach if we keep up this form :thumbsup.

How can there be 4 Hawks in an AA side when they've only won two games  ???. lol @ Croad. Geez injuries have made the Age desperate for a CHB :rollin

I can't believe that Ling would be an All Australian with his current form, Coughlan is in better form then him

Disagree with Worsfold - they were expected to be up there.
If it's based on how the season has panned out so far, I reckon Wallace has been dudded, bringing a wooden spoon side to 3rd.
Glad to see some appreciate Gaspar seeing as a lot of Richmond people don't no matter what he does  :(
Re Hawks, agree with Everitt and Williams.

Agreed Bluey, Ling has been struggling the last month he is not near the player he can be.
Also MOI,i'm with you, Wallace definitely should have been the coach at this time, equal 2nd!

Other than that I think its a good team. Croad has played exceptional footy this yearand IMO deserves a mention if not a place.
Everitt is the best ruckman, Pistol Williams/Browny best small forwards and Hodge has been Hawthorns answer to our Bowden.

Slightly off topic, I have noticed Hawks have slowed down their chipping game and have gone more direct, more to our style. Looks like Clarkson knows more than we gave him credit for.

Good to see "defensive" Malthouse trying to win a game by defending, I'm just recalling when we played the Wizard game against them and he critisized Wallace for trying to win the game rather than defending the lead... and last week Wallace proved why our new style will win us many more games than the Pies...we are just about to pass on the baton Micky...
