Richmond season preview
Jonathan Healy
Sportal
20/03/2013 1:37 PM

Best 22:

B: Rance, Grimes, Morris
HB: Houli, Chaplin, Deledio
C: Grigg, Cotchin, Conca
HF: Knights, Vickery, Nahas
F: Edwards, Riewoldt, King
R: Maric, Tuck, Martin
I: Foley, Jackson, Edwards, Newman

After Round 23:
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but we at Sportal are predicting Richmond to finish in ninth place at the end of the season. We can no longer doubt the talent levels at Punt Road, but there are still question marks over whether this can be translated into appearances in September. The long suffering Richmond fans will be furious if 2013 is not their year to feature in September, but we believe the finals drought will continue.

What an absolutely useless analysis.

Best 22:

B: Rance, Grimes, Morris
HB: Houli, Chaplin, Deledio
C: Grigg, Cotchin, Conca
HF: Knights, Vickery, Nahas
F: Edwards S, Riewoldt, King
R: Maric, Tuck, Martin
I: Foley, Jackson, Edwards A, Newman

Sportal says that is our best 22

Highlighted in YELLOW are those that wont play round 1

i've assumed the Edwards in the FP is Shane and the one on the bench is Aaron

But the ones I've highlighted in ORANGE are those that I question if they are indeed in our best 22?

WOuld have Vlaustin ahead of Jackson at the minute

Best 22:

B: Rance, Grimes, Morris
HB: Houli, Chaplin, Batchelor/Griffiths
C: Grigg, Cotchin, Conca
HF: Knights, Vickery, Martin
F: Edwards S., Riewoldt, King
R: Maric, Tuck, Deledio
I: Foley, Newman, Ellis, Vlastuin

Batch/Griff onto the HB line, Deledio to the middle, Martin to HF line.

Ellis and Vlastuin replace Hackson and hAck-wards.

They'll play, definitely when considering that Foley and Knights are missing.

Ellis and Vlastuin are best 22.

Yep replace Jackson and Aaron Edwards.
I also think Batchelor is in our best 22 also but who to take out.
I lov that it is hard now to find a spot for someone. Depth boys. :thumbsup
