Clarkson has to go, says Jeff Kennett .... (afl site)
« on: April 02, 2013, 12:58:26 AM »
Hawthorn coach Alastair Clarkson is responsible for the club underachieving over the past three seasons and should be replaced at the end of the year, former Hawks president Jeff Kennett says.

Kennett told Melbourne radio station 3AW on Monday night that Hawthorn's seven-point loss to Geelong was a "disgrace" and symptomatic of a stale coaching structure that had him fearing for the Hawks' 2013 season already.

"From our side … it's time to review the coaching," Kennett said.

I can understand the hunger to get another premiership out of this list but its abit premature and a overreaction to call for Clarkson's head.

au contraire T101.  Let them have the mother of all internal bun fights and tear themselves apart for a few (say 20) years.  Then let's see how many of the famed 55k+ stick fat!   ;)

Lil prematue but as smokey says let em rip themselves apart.
Considering it was their home game on the weekend and they only got 71k it wont take long for their "55k"to dissolve  :shh
