Nathan William Forrest is the most vile creature that has ever walked this earth. His systematic torture of 4 year old Bailey Constable which resulted in his eventual death needs to be highlighted.
The scumbag was given only 6 years for pleading guilty to the Manslaughter of young Bailey. After his trial, Forrest walked out of the court with a smile on his face and a big thumbs up to his family members.

Child killers should never be released and on the current ruling, when this a-Hole is released in 6 years, he walks a free man and will not be listed on any child offenders register.
