reckon shane eswards played at his optimum in 2012. trouble is his optimum is average. any drop away at all and he becomes mediocre. ffs we have had 7 yrs to be able to come to this assesment.

Why not just accept that he is a role playing foot soldier who will tease on occasion, that great heights are beyond him, and move on? You're no different to Shane, same thing every year

Needs to play forward not midfield. Oh and if bulk didn't effect agility why don't we recruit this guy and use him as a high half forward?
