“We had been looking for a while at bolstering our recruiting resources and, when someone of Luke’s calibre became available, we were very keen to secure his services," said Richmond’s General Manager of Football, Dan Richardson.

Williams will work closely with Richmond’s Recruiting Manager Francis Jackson, Recruiting Officers Matthew Clarke and Richard Taylor, and the Club’s General Manager of Player Personnel and List Management Blair Hartley.
