You're a youngster compared to some of us….. My bloodpressure was through the roof late in the game against Melbourne, probably too high at 180 over 110 or something ... any general advice you can give us all YBB about limiting the health damage to ourselves during Richmond games?

During Richmond games, avoid the MCG, Etihad or the television (whichever has the team on display). Meditation, yoga or even a stroll through the botanical gardens is preferable. I can guarantee you your blood pressure will be lower!
