Rising Star Deledio

Deledio is in blazing form, and i think he has a strong chance of winning the Rising Star Award. What a way it would be to cap off a stellar debut season. :cheers

He has a lot of confidence in himself and his ability - and with good reason.  That puts him head and shoulders above just about every other player on our list.

As long as Lids stays injury free for the next 6 matches he clearly deserves to win the Rising Star.

He's played every game in his first year in a side that's won 9 loss 7. We're not totally crap anymore so he's easily earning his spot in the seniors. And he's averaging 14 disposals and 4 marks per game and has kicked 8 goals 6 for the year. With Browny out that puts him in our top 10 disposal winners each week.

I missed it but a amte told me he was being interviewed by Lyon and Lyon made the comment he must be odds on for the rising star.
Apart from some of the other clubs supporters (Dawks) :shh blowing their players trumpets Lids has been far and above the most consistant performer in a side that is not totally crap - onya lids (The future's so bright I gotta wear shades) :thumbsup
