All midfielders should be told to look for Griff, involve him early, in previous games he has played it's like he is continually ignored. If we target him then at the same time that should free up Jack. There is no reason why Griff against GWS shouldn't bag a few goals. Would do his confidence no end of good and could help to lift him to another level.
It's AFL footy Lozza, not little league.
Griff should demand the footy and get into the rights spots and when he does get an opportunity he should take it. The reason they kick it to Jack is because he doesn't let them down.
So sick of the excuses for this 200cm, 100kg bloke in his 5th year. It's depressing knowing who we drafted this bloke in front of- Fyfe, Bastinac, Carlisle, Black , Duncan, Gunston and Sam Reid to name a few. By far the biggest disappointment for a while.
i didnt argue about us taking just one of those blokes in front of griffiths  i had three of em. i thought bastinac one of the bst mids going in that draft and knowing we would go tall nominated both carlisle and black.
had a list of 4 talls to take at 35 and 44 it included astbury, reid shaw and houghton.
what a poor draft hardwick first draft has turned out to be for us.we had 7 picks and only really martin has established and proven himself. ahh  francis jackson  at his best i suppose. he managed to get the top 5 pick right.

what are u gonna say when we make the prelim this year
a dud is a dud is a dud. so exactly the same thing.
after all i was one of few who was pretty damned adamant that finishing 5th meant nothing last yr and only papered over cracks.. im still adamant that we are a middling team with plenty of others.
poor sides do make finals it happens most yrs.

FJ is our worst decision in the last 10 years. And I truly believe that. Sack the bum! Please!

If you think you we will make the Prelim you are dreaming.

As for the team.. I'm liking the looks of it. I reckon however, if we let the midfield battle become a 50/50 and aren't dominant.. Their talls will make the most of their chances in their fwd line. Could be a close game
