Richmond has to ask itself the question- why don't gun players want to come here?
Do they want to get yelled at and pointed at by a leadership group that have got no September runs on the board?
Or do they want to play for a club where all 18 people on the ground are as equally committed as each other and who demonstrate leadership by getting the job done themselves.
Who wants to play for a club with a leadership group that asks it's young captain to be harder on them? What a pack of softies. Get rid of them from the leadership group and let Cotch decide who his real lieutenants are.
Our money is not enough, players play for Hawthorn for probably 40 or 50k less, same thing was happening at Geelong and probably Brisbane.
