Who are the most important players? I think the most important players are ones who will step up to the plate.
Sure Cotchin, Deledio, Maric etc are important but our true improvement comes from further down the list.
Who will be most important to RFC?

1. Batchelor
2. Knights
3. Vickery
4. Lennon
5. Corey Ellis
6. Griffiths

If Reggie Dwight comes good in the backline it'd be handy. Can't see it happening though.

1. Maric - we miss him terribly when he's out injured.

2. Rance - intercept marks in defence makes a massive difference to our backline and its ability to rebound and counterattack.

3. Lids - now he's playing forward of centre more, his class and speed is important to a side lacking leg speed.

4. Cotch - all class at his best. Has room to improve on his 2014.

5. Dusty - matchwinner who can go forward.

6. Miles - contested inside ball winner who takes the pressure off Cotch.

Unlucky - Jack.

As others have said, it'll be who rises and improves from our 2nd tier up and comers that will determine if we as a team go up, down or remain the same next year.
